• Opened or tested perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity.
• Items purchased during clearance or flash sales are non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect.

🔄 Exchanges:

• You may exchange for an item of equal or higher value (with price difference paid).
• Return/exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our side.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used perfumes.
• Items purchased on major discounts or final sale.

• If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover all return/exchange shipping costs.
• Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos.
